I'm an Olivia de Havilland, Edith Piaf, Vivien Leigh, Mireille Mathieu, Joan Fontaine and vintage things lover =D

My parents were French and Irish and our family even has Spanish blood-and I do so love the United States and consider myself part American. Vivien Leigh (last post for the day)

She was so incredibly gorgeous. I remember I used to love her so much. And well, I had to save her movies to my dvr on her TCM love fest for her birthday because the last one I saw was Gone With the Wind…almost two years ago! Egads, I missed Vivien so much.
Wow, that rambling was tre unecessary.

I can’t stay one week without Vivien or Olivia’s movies. They’re my favorite actresses and my favorite movie is GWTW, that I watched yesterday on TCM. (:

I’m not afraid to die. Vivien Leigh
I always know my lines. Vivien Leigh

Playing good girls in the 30s was difficult, when the fad was to play bad girls. Actually I think playing bad girls is a bore; I have always had more luck with good girl roles because they require more from an actress. Olivia de Havilland
